What a great experience this has been!

My wife and I were introduced to Sean as a possible home builder when we were looking to begin the design of our “dream home” on the beautiful Lake Cooley lot we had purchased 2 years before. We were living in upstate NY at the time so we needed to find a builder down here who could work well with us from long distance. We found that person in Sean Chevalier!

We did consult other builders but none seemed to have as warm and as inviting a demeanor to us than Sean did. He made us feel at ease with each step of the process even though we could not be present to view and inspect. He always had time for us to get on the phone and explain what was happening and how things were going. He would also take pictures and send them so we could feel as much a part of the process as possible. We were able to visit a couple times during the build and Sean placed a high priority on spending time with us at the site explaining things and asking questions so he knew what we wanted and so that we were comfortable that all was getting done just like we envisioned. Of course, things would come up that needed to be discussed and decided on, Sean made those “tricky change details” very easy to navigate. At the end of it all, after countless emails, phone calls and text messages, along with a couple busy times in town, our home is amazingly beautiful and we couldn’t be happier.
